Project Awarded to Newcomer
ON September 3, Johan Agung’s office could not be found along Jalan Sam Ratulangi V, Oesapa Barat administrative village, in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. Locals Tempo met did not know the whereabouts of the company that won a project at the Kupang Health Polytechnic run by the health ministry.

Johan Agung’s address, as listed on the health ministry’s webpage lpse.kemkes.go.id, is RT (neighborhood unit) 16 RW (community unit) 07, Sam Ratulangi V. But RT 19 chief, Wempi Ello, said the street is not in RT 16, but rather in RT 19. “There is no company called Johan Agung,” he said.
