Several articles in the Job Creation Law only appeared after the law was passed. There were differences between each draft, some of them having to do with the law’s substance. The Golkar Faction insists on keeping the tax cluster, which was only added in later. Some are making the accusation that the law was never agreed upon together.

THREE doors leading to the Nusantara I building in the Senayan Parliament Complex were securely locked at around 9:30pm on Thursday, October 8. No security guards stood watch near these entrances.
