ADITYA Sutanto Hoegeng broke into tears when a police officer came to deliver a blood-soaked police uniform to his home in Jalan Abdul Rivai, Medan, North Sumatra. According to the police, the uniform belonged to his father, Hoegeng Iman Santoso.
