DUST blanketed the iron door to the shop-house in Bukit Mampang Residence, Depok, West Java. A plank that said “Sodaqo Bahana, Our Groceries Our Charity, Powered by Hydro” was still placed above the establishment’s door. The minimart was once part of the retail network previously owned by Aksi Cepat Tanggap, or ACT.
