THE career of Police Comr. Baiquni Wibowo saw its end on Friday, September 2. A National Police ethics committee hearing led by Deputy Inspector of General Supervision, Insp. Gen. Tornagogo Sihombing, sanctioned Baiquni with a dishonorable discharge. He was found guilty of tampering with evidence in the premeditated murder of Brig. Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat on July 8.
