THE flight of Lutfi Fauzia Rachman alias Lukman ended in Surabaya, East Java, last Wednesday, July 12. Personnel from the Jakarta Police Department arrested the 32-year-old man after he had fled from Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with 14 kidney trafficking victims. When examined, only six of them still had both their kidneys.
