NO one expected that an empty shop-house in the Boston Riverview complex, Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, Tangerang Regency, Banten, would be the headquarters of a company chasing a marine sediment concession. Even a worker in the residential and business complex only learned about the company’s name recently. “Their people haven’t even come here yet,” said Billy, the employee, to Tempo on Tuesday, September 17.
