NANDI Herdiaman and his colleagues have felt a resurgence in the home-based garment industry over the past two months. Orders for t-shirts, banners, flags, and various other campaign paraphernalia surged during the recent simultaneous regional head elections. Although the value of these orders did not match the campaign periods for legislative and presidential elections in February, Nandi said the current orders were a welcome boost for play
