SETTLING the debts of the big-fish debtors still seems stuck in a dead-end. This has been going on since December last year, but still there is no clear solution in sight. The government has not yet decided whether to give the big-fish debtorswhose total debts add up to around Rp140 trillionextended debt repayment periods and incentives, or just settle the matter in court.
