THE Hotel Gran Mahakam meeting was actually a small part of Akbar Tandjung's efforts to pressure Rahardi Ramelan. The October 10 meeting last year in the South Jakarta hotel noted for its classical facade was not the only time Akbar tried to heap the blame of the Bulog case solely on Rahardi, the former Bulog chief. Before the Mahakam scenario was disclosed at Rahardi's trial in the South Jakarta District Court, last Tuesday, Akbar had explored
