TO determine the type of explosives by simply relying on traces of its residue and the aftermath of the blast is not easy. Because of that, speculation has been rife as to the type of explosives responsible for the blast in Kuta, Bali on 12 October. The facts have, however, been laid out by Inspector-General of Police, I Made Mangku Pastika. Last week, the head of the Bali tragedy investigation team confirmed, "the main ingredient of the bomb
