EXACTLY a month after the devastating earthquake and tsunami disaster came to pass, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) visited Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. Security was high in the capital city of this province, which has been beset by an armed rebellion. About three battalions of soldiers and police guarded the streets and alleyways. Such was Yudhoyono's first visit to Banda Aceh as the President of the Republic of Indonesia, last November 26.
