THE light-blue, 20-page manuscript was neatly bound, yet its manila-covered contents were spine-tingling. The first 18 pages detailed the addresses of a number of buildings which were to be bombed. The last two pages contained sketches of the potential targets. The handmade sketches were made in heavy strokes.
