ROBBING banks by using fictitious letters of credit (L/Cs) seems to work well. Thanks to the technique and with the collusion of officials of BNI, Kebayoran Baru branch, Jakarta, the Gramarindo and Petindo groups managed to steal Rp1.7 trillion from the bank with the sailboat logo.
