NOT long after President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono proudly declared, at the 100th commemoration of the International Labor Organization or ILO in Geneva last week, that “We (Indonesia) have taken institutional, administrative and legal steps, to protect and empower our migrant workers,” news broke that one of those migrant workers had been executed in Saudi Arabia.
