Kuwait - A New Perspective

Among countries in the Arab world, in particular those in the Gulf states, Kuwait stands to benefit most from a post-Saddam Hussein Iraq. No longer will it need to look over its shoulder for a possible invasion from its giant neighbor as it did in 1990.
