THE lettering and logo Seulawah Air NAD on the fifth floor of a building on Jalan Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta, looks faded and unkempt. The two floors previously used for offices look deserted. There are no more activities that befit an office. For the past year, the airline owned by the Provincial Government of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam has ceased its operations. Seulawah Air planes no longer cross the skies.
