IF you travel abroad on Garuda, do not be surprised if a fuel surcharge is imposed. With the ever-increasing oil price, management of the national flag carrier has to think smarter. Last week, for example, the oil price touched US$47.5 per barrel, although it is now slowly declining since the Iraq crisis is subsiding.
