FISHING villages along the coastline of Cirebon, West Java, last Friday were in chaos. There, dozens of boats were scattered upside down, in an expression of protest against the scarcity of fuel and skyrocketing prices. The 43-year-old fisherman owns two boats. However, both have been turned over because he cannot afford to buy fuel oils (BBM)&
