AROUND three months ago, the largest print media in Singapore reported that hundreds of apartment units and condominiums in Sentosa Cove were sold out. The housing complex was newly built on Sentosa Island, just 2 kilometers from the Singapore mainland facing the south. The cheapest costs S$10 million or around Rp56 billion.
