It started as a whisper but has grown into something a good deal more. Minister Ryaas Rasyid has gone on record to state that he does indeed plan to step down from the cabinet. But President Abdurrahman Wahid, yet again, apparently also wants to replace other ministers. Among the names touted for the chop are justice and human rights minister Yusril Ihza Mahendra, Attorney General Marzuki Darusman, interior and regional autonomy minister Surjadi
