THE management of Bank Danamon is annoyed. Senior executives Deputy CEO Jerry Ng and Compliance Director Anika Faisal resigned from their positions at the bank back in October last year. The departure of these two has apparently been followed by around another 120 employees. About 80 percent of those who have left came from the savings and loans division. This is the section that handles loans for micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises—the
