There is much criticism about the planned 2009 State Budget. The financing strategy could end up being used for illegal purposes. It is like borrowings from other borrowings. However, this is not “part of the campaign” for the 2009 elections.

IT seemed as if the air cooler in the People’s Consultative Assembly/House of Representatives (MPR-DPR) building was unable to keep President Yudhoyono cool. There was sweat on the President’s forehead. Twice, he had to wipe away the sweat and take a drink of water.
