DURING the last few weeks Purwani Hariyanto has been grumbling. Every time she talks about investment, this employee of a state-owned enterprise in Jakarta has been more and more uncertain. This mother of two children owns state retail bonds (ORI) series 004, which she purchased in March this year. Now the price has dropped by around 5 percent.
