Down to Zero

It's true the Indonesian economy recorded a strong growth in the second half of 2008. It didn't do much good, however, to the majority of the people. High fuel and food prices have dampened consumer confidence in the government's ability to control prices as business looked at the situation with growing concern. An economic slowdown might follow if the government fails to anticipate the looming threat. Signs of the coming of a slowdown are aplenty.
