SUSILO Bambang Yudhoyono could not hide his exasperation. The Indonesian President was really annoyed when he heard reports that oil fuel was scarce in various regions. He even expressed this annoyance in his address when opening the initial share trading at the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Monday last week. He rebuked PT Pertamina. "I'm not happy," he said.
In the seventh minute in his address, Yudhoyono took a deep breath many times. He firmly said
