THE rupiah is once again healthy. The bomb explosions at the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton hotels on Friday two weeks ago, didn’t seem to negatively influence it for too long. A week later, trade closed at level Rp9,995 per US dollar, stronger by 1.6 percent compared to the previous day of Rp10,065 per dollar. Although it hasn’t beaten its own best record in February 2008 when the foreign exchange rate was at Rp9,045 to the dollar, the rupiah
