ASEAN member countries are hoping that regional economies will grow by up to 3.8 percent. The Indian opposition is worried that local farmers will lose the market.

IN India, during last week the government unceasingly received strong criticism. The problem was over the free trade agreement between member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) signed in Bangkok, Thailand, on Thursday the previous week.
