Subsidy Scheme Change

THE government plans to change the housing loan subsidy scheme. In the past, subsidies were from the State Budget. In the future, it will be from long-term supplies taken from idle funds belonging to State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). The system scheduled to be implemented during the first semester of this year is considered effective to reduce housing installments.
