The final draft of the government regulation on cost recovery has not been approved. Why can’t the two relevant ministries agree?

THE government’s target of having a technical guideline on oil and gas cost recovery must be shelved for the time being. The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Energy & Mineral Resources, two government offices in charge of establishing the regulations, are still in a tug of war and haven’t reached any agreement yet.
