THE drilling rig belonging to Premier Oil Natuna Sea BV, oil and gas production sharing contractor for the Tuna Block in Natuna waters, was towed to the north, out of Indonesian territory. The exploration equipment was ‘temporarily placed’ in Vietnam. By coincidence, in that country, Premier also owns an oil and gas work area in Block 07/03, to the north of the Tuna Block. The rig was supposed to operate in the Gajah Laut Utara and Belut Laut
