A sticker with the words ‘Fuel Subsidy Trial’ was spotted over two weeks ago on the windscreen of a mikrolet bus on the M-01 Senen-Kampung Melayu route, driven by Mahmud. Last week, restrictions on the purchase of Premium fuel at Rp4,500 per liter were ready to be trialed by the mikrolet buses.

Every bus on the M-01 route would be recorded each time they filled up with gas at five gas stations along the Kampung Melayu-Senen route. Once the q
