THE heavy burden of life can clearly be heard in Ibriansyah’s sigh. At the age of 51, he no longer has a fixed income. Prior to being sent home in December 2008, Ibriansyah was a heavy-equipment operator at PT Kertas Nusantara. Together with around 800 employees he was told not to come to work without any certainty of severance. He is not getting his salary either.
