SINCE dawn Juantho had been waiting for the sea level to retreat. The Bumi Dipasena Jaya villager, Lampung, was still sitting by his shrimp pond when Tempo arrived to visit on Sunday at noon last week. The 43-year-old man was preparing to harvest his black tiger shrimps (Penaeus monodon), perhaps 30 per kilo. In his mind, approximately 150 kilos of jumbo shrimps would very soon turn into money.
