Complaints from consumers continue to flood the State Gas Company (PGN) in Medan, North Sumatra. Almost daily, letters of protest are received by PGNs office at Jalan Imam Bonjol. General Manager Mugiono says many industries whose continued operation relies on gas have sent their people to his office angry with falling supplies.

Gas supplies have been cut down since PGN began restricting allocations to the industrial sector two weeks ago.
