The IMF still hasn't dished out its next loan to Indonesia. Is it waiting until after the formation of a new government?

After a delay of three months, there are no signs yet the International Monetary Fund (IMF) will disburse any time soon the US$400 million loan tranche it has promised the Indonesian government. Coordinating Minister for the Economy Rizal Ramli acknowledges he is also in the dark as to when the money will come. "I am not sure when it will be disbursed," he told reporters last week.
