The problem with Overlapping nickel licenses
It is never mentioned who the companies/miners that overlap with Vale are. Is this article strong enough without providing an example/evidence, and hearing their side of the story?

PT Vale Indonesia CEO president director Nico Kanter says he is concerned about overlapping nickel-mining licenses issued by the Morowali District Government in Central Sulawesi.
