Cash Distribution faces Problems

The distribution of Rp9.3 trillion in temporary direct cash assistance (BLSM) has been problematic. In Bogor, West Java, for example, several business owners and civil servants have received BLSM funds, though only poor people qualify for the program. The same has occurred in Makassar. In Garut, West Java, it has also been reported that around one million poor residents have not received the
