The House of Representatives (DPR) is all stirred up over the ease with which Rp5.75 trillion from the State Capital Investment Funds (PMN), part of the 2013 Amended State Budget, has been allocated to five state-owned companies (SOEs). The SOE committee in the DPR has loudly protested that it was never consulted in the process, triggering suspicions of possible fund manipulation and even bribery.
