Grab Gets US$750 Million

The Malaysian ridehailing app, Grab, has acquired fresh capital of US$750 million (Rp9.86 trillion). With the new funding, Grab has secured over US$1 billion in investments and has its targets set on dominating the vehiclebooking application market in Southeast Asia.

The investment was made by Softbank, a Japanese telecommunications giant. Grab did not list any other investors involved in the current round of fu
