The purchase of a single luxury bungalow unit at the Nassim complex in Tanglin, was one of this year's highest-value transactions in Singapore, at S$20.25 million, or approximately Rp188 billion. The elite unit, with five bedrooms, a swimming pool, and a pavilion to park three cars, is located less than two kilometers from Orchard Train subway station.
