Indonesians buy more apartments and condominiums at prices of over S$5 million (Rp50 billion) in Singapore than any other foreign nationals.

The total value of transactions exceeds purchases made by citizens of China and Malaysia, both of whom have close ties to Singapore. Furthermore, purchase of ultra-luxury property in Singapore has spiked nearly six-fold over the past year.
