Iwan Djuniardi copied all the data from an electronic personal card to a new smart card in under two minutes. Equipped only with an electronic data capture (EDC) reader, the director for communications and information technology transformation at the tax office, downloaded and moved all identity data to a card with a Kartin1 logo.

Despite the quick process, downloading the data to Kartin1 was not a simple matter. Tempo witnessed Kartin1's activa
