THE Indonesian Palm Oil Association (GAPKI) chair, Joko Supriyono, turned on his mobile phone screen. On it was a photo of a letter bearing the logo of Asia Pacific Resources International Holdings Ltd. (APRIL), the group that owns Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (RAPP).
