Three Mining SOEs Now Owned by Inalum

THE State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) status of three mining businesses, Aneka Tambang, Timah, and Bukit Asam, ended after the government transferred its ownership of all three companeis to Indonesia Asahan Aluminium or Inalum. The transfer of ownership was enacted through Government Regulation No. 47/2017 on increased state capital participation in Indonesia Asahan Aluminium's share capital.
