WITHOUT much debate, the Bill on Water Resources finally became an official initiative of the House of Representatives (DPR). At a plenary meeting on Tuesday last week, all factions agreed to discuss the bill with the government. The written view was submitted to the leader of the meeting, chaired by DPR Deputy Speaker Fadli Zon. Everybody has agreed to carry on with it, said DPR Infrastructure Commission member Muhidin M. Said after the meeting.
