AFTER two years of uncertainty, the House of Representatives (DPR) initiative to make a new rule concerning the mining business will apparently be realized. This seems more apparent after the energy and mineral resources ministry finished compiling a problem inventory list (DIM) in the mining sector two weeks ago. The document had to be prepared because the end of June is the deadline for the government to determine its stance: agreeing to discus
