The reclaimed land of the Kalibaru Port turned into quicksand mud

The artificial land had not even been used, but it looked like an abandoned waste land already. Concrete piles lay were scattered about, containers where workers slept in were vacant, and there were only a few workers standing by near mud dredgers.
