The government extended Corridor’s work area contract, but decided to keep the block’s previous contractor involved. Pertamina offered the lowest bid for managing the block’s operation.

Less than a week ago the government extended the cooperation contract (KKS) for the management of Corridor oil and gas block in South Sumatra’s Musi Banyuasin Regency. Already, there are protests over the decision.
