BCA is actually being sold but who will in fact benefit from the sale.

ONE first became aware of the smell of something really rotten on Monday afternoon, at the beginning of last week. Based on the schedule, the government was supposed to stop taking bids for the Bank Central Asia (BCA) tender at 5pm—on the dot.
